CADRES (pronounced "Kad-Rays") refers to a small group of trained individuals, i.e., a group of experts. At CADRES, we believe that every person has the capacity to achieve their ambitions and become experts in whichever area they work towards.
As experts in immigration law, we are honoured to help our clients navigate Canada's immigration system. We are grateful for our clients' trust and for being part of their journeys as they realize opportunities in Canada. We are cadres helping cadres.
At CADRES, we believe that the work we do actively combats structures that deny people the opportunity to pursue their goals. We believe in a Capability-based approach to justice, meaning that society is better when everyone is afforded the same opportunities to pursue what they find meaningful.
We all benefit when everyone has real access to pursue their goals.
CAPABILITY-BASED JUSTICE

Capability-based justice asks whether both individuals are ultimately afforded meaningful access to healthcare.
